No public restrooms, especially for ladies. And all the transactions will only be done through agents. No one cares in the office if we go directly by ourselves. We need to pay the same amount how much we have paid to the govt for brokers/mediators

Those who are going directly (applied themselves) without agent in online, your work will never complete in a day, At least we will not in position to submit forms our own , Everything is through agents (mediators), Without mediators our work will not complete in this RTO, Better to change the logo CITIZEN FRIENDLY to mediators friendly

99% transactions from mediators. For every transaction-the officers,the mediators will charge from us . Each individual minimum income for 1 file will be 500 each. I went for International Driving License, The government fee is 1500 and I paid 1500 to mediator. Total cost was 3000. Not only for this, for any registration and license or any other. Don’t know why no one else is looking into this.

No instructions on before counters,pl arrange work details at counters.your officials indicating you go 4th,or 1st counter the problems arising

Most transactions happen through brokers. Why can't Government make them regular staff and increase the job opportunities? Most crowded always and the reason is slow processing of applications. For a half an hour drive in Local Nalgonda town tell us how inefficiently driving licenses are issued. No one knows what the road rules are, reckless, negligent mind people are driving there.
