From delayed deliveries to poor communication, the entire process felt chaotic and unprofessional. - Delivery Delays: My shipment was promised within 3 days but arrived over a week late, with no proactive updates or apologies. - Customer Service: Reaching their support team was a struggle. Calls went unanswered, and when I finally got through, the responses were vague and dismissive. - Handling Issues: The goods arrived with visible damage, and there was no accountability or resolution offered. - Documentation Errors: Inaccurate paperwork caused unnecessary confusion and delays at the receiving end. I expected a reliable logistics partner, but Mehta Transport failed to meet even basic standards. I won’t be using their services again and would caution others to think twice before trusting them with time-sensitive or valuable shipments.

Your Varanasi transport team used a hook to unload my goods, which resulted in damage to the paper raw material. I had repeatedly informed them not to use hooks, as the material is tissue paper and requires careful handling. Despite my warnings, they did not take the matter seriously. Please clarify who is accountable for this damage. If your team is not equipped to handle such delicate goods, kindly inform us in advance so we can make alternative transport arrangements. Since you accepted responsibility for transporting these goods, it is your duty to ensure they are handled appropriately. This is not cement or heavy-duty material — using a hook is completely inappropriate in this case. Looking forward to your response on how you plan to resolve this issue.
