Very very worst service I booked full packing they will cut half sized and loading mss is very worst service, don't book mss transport it's not safe your parcel

Very worst parcel service, no proper response and you have to wait for all the day long just to know whether the parcel is arrived or not. Delivery of the parcel is pathetic. No sense of operation and people work there will never mind about your time. Try not to have any business with them.

We transferred parcel from Salem to Coimbatore thru MSS transport. They committed to delivering it one day but 4 days gone still parcel not delivered to me. Also they not even picking the calls, every time I have to visit the office then they say tomorrow will deliver. Such a worst service and commitment. Management is very poor that’s reflecting on ground level staff behavior. Strongly suggesting don’t use this service. Worst and worst.

I have never experienced such a poor parcel service. I booked a parcel from Coimbatore to Mannargudi on 17th September, and even after 11 days, as of 28th September, it has still not been delivered. No one is responding to calls, and the staff who answered were extremely rude.

Extremely Disappointed My experience with MSS Transport has been terrible. Their customer care is unresponsive, and the management is completely unprofessional. Parcels are not handled properly, and deliveries are always delayed despite repeated follow-ups and false promises. The warehouse is in a terrible condition — parcels are just dumped carelessly like garbage. I’m totally disappointed and will never book with them again. I strongly advise others to avoid this transport due to their poor service and management.
