I have booked Nilgiri Taxi in Ooty. The service was awesome. The good part is the owner/driver Surya, explained all places very well and helpful as well. You will be get good recommendations of sites and restaurants by him. He is decent and polite so no matter family or friend you can opt for him without any worry.
Had used Surya's service for 4 days for local sight seeing in Ooty, Coonoor, Pykara, Ooty to Coimbatore, local Coimbatore travel culminating with visit to Adi Yogi. It was great having him at our disposal. He ia warm, reliable, knowledgeable about the areas and is ever ready to provide superior service the customers. His vehicle is always clean and smell nice. All this makes him a great person and driver to explore Ooty and nearby areas. Would highly recommend him.
This should be your go to taxi agency for Ooty and nearby sightseeing. We took a 2 day tour covering Conoor, Madhumalai and Pykara. Santosh was a great driver and guide. The price point was good for the service. Would highly recommend
Driver Santosh was amazing throughout the trip, he covered all places without any hassle and he is very polite and friendly and well spoken, knows all the area well, really good service, will recommend to anybody doing Ooty and nearby tours to contact them.
The best taxi driver! Such a nice car too (smells great and so many nice touches in it). He’s a great driver (safe and efficient), and genuinely a lovely person. We drove for 7 hours with him, and he went out of his way to stop for animals for us to see, and at the end for us to get a cash exchange. Would recommend to anyone 🙂

Surya is an amazing person. He took us for Ooty local sightseeing and then to Coonoor. He has good knowledge about the places and takes amazing photographs. The charges were affordable too. Highly recommended.
