Frequency of bus is very low. Only good point in this place is that they have a freshing up set up in the busstand where they charge around 70 rupees for mouthwash , toilets & bath . And those facility serves the purpose but not great but considering it in the busstand it is ok .one can get bike pilots or cabs next to this and no issue in going from there if you don't want to use bus.

Better than average bus stations. This place has dormitory and a place to keep luggage.

Waited so long for AC electric bus. Bus was good. Nice to travel. We travelled from Panjim to Madgoan(35kms) and only charged 50/person. That is the best in it. Good driver too. Overall 8/10. Dont know about reviews about the local buses.

Good service. Buses are available to all sides of Goa. There are shuttle services to main towns like Vasco Da Gama, Madgaon etc.. Tickets should be taken from the counter in bus stand itself for express shuttle services. You may have to stand in queue for long time sometimes.

Although our general experience has been good I would like to complain about one Marathi speaking moustached driver of I1 bus coming through St Cruz on Friday 18th April at 6.45pm who took cash from passengers for bus fare. We tapped our cards on entry and while exiting the machine gave an error and charged us full fare when we alighted. I want to know how the cameras work in the buses if they are functional and why the bus driver is collecting cash for bus fare when I1 n I2 are Card only! I will be making a formal complaint about this. It feels like these drivers hired are not required to be honest.

It’s in center of Goa and buses are available to Vasco Di Gama and other places frequently. There’s plenty snack bars inside station premises.

There are private buses for Panjim market , Dona Paula , mapusa and other places . Also kadamba buses operate to market , Dona Paula , mapusa interstate , and other local places like Margao , ponda . Also smart buses available for local trips like Y1 and Y2. Everything looks confusing with so many buses all around . There is a counter for kadamba bus enquiry .
