My bike was transported safely from Pune to Mumbai and it arrived the very next day at a very affordable rate. Laxman Singh Ji was very helpful and coordinated everything from start to end, he was very polite in explaining everything to me and was flexible in deciding certain things too, he himself had come to pickup my scooter from my place to his warehouse in Pune. I got a good experience delivering my bike from Pune to Vijayawada. Here is entire process: 1. You call them, they will give quotation amount based on source, destination and type of bike 2. If Okayy with the quotation: Share them your Aadhar, Bike RC 3. Person named Laxman will come to your location to pick the bike. After packing and receiving tracking ID only you can pay them the money 4. After picking the bike it took 9 hours for me to get the video of bike packing 5. Took 2 days to receive tracking ID 6. Laxman is responsive and guided through out the process 7. Recived bike from blue dart, but took almost 9 days to recieve the bike The reason I reduced one star is because it took good amount of time to receive at destination. It's in Pune for almost 4 days, in remaining 5 days It moved from Pune to Vijayawada.
