This is not a great place as well a worse place. Staff is not that clear or great when working. It's best to get our details printed so any person can understand and don't mess our documents. If not they usually mess our names and numbers as they can't see and understand.

Best place to get your license. staff are very polite and helpful

I applied for driving licence here. Timings are from morning 10 am to afternoon 2 pm for test. The R.T.O official came late by half an hour. I came here for llr test. But due to lack of electricity, I waited for 4 hours for my test. I don't know when I get my slot for attempting my test.

Government of Andhra Pradesh is encouraging the public to directly approach the office for any transactions, to avoid middle man. But the staff in the office are more interested to provide the service to the agents. They are so uncomfortable to even answer a query to a normal visitors.

Very smooth process.And llr exam is very easy.they only want appointment letter of llr exam and aadhar card...staff are very friendly. only one thing is bad.there are not working fans and lights.. ovrall it's ok.go a head. . Firstly reach rtc complex,rajahmundry.rajahmundry is well conected to all bus station and train stations in east godavari.then take bus to rajahmundry to kakinada via rajanagaram bus.it will take only 10rupees from complex

Not at all happy with their service and they are not doing work promptly, i went for my driving license address change i have pay around rupees 200 but they told me that they cant do this work in office and they sent me a nearby eseva there they are charging rupees1000 for this type of works

So as its Govt Place expect the work to happen slow and you will find people working as per their convenience and mostly slow only and touts making claims that they would help you. So better be yourself and get ready the experience the life on the slower side
