Don't Go for them I recently contacted them for house shifting services. They initially gathered all the required information like how many items I had and other basic details. I informed them that I have 5 large items (2 beds, 1 dining table, 1 washing machine, and 1 wardrobe/beeruva), along with other major items like AC, geyser, kitchen utensils, and clothes. After collecting all these details, they sent a small vehicle for the shifting. Before this, I had an upfront discussion regarding the payment methods, the number of people who would come, and the time it would take to load — except for the vehicle size, which I assumed would be appropriate based on the information I gave. I never expected them to bring a small Ashok Leyland vehicle for an entire family house shifting! When I quickly discussed this issue with the owner, he claimed that he had sent photos of the vehicle beforehand — but he never shared any photos with me. After a lot of arguments, I decided to cancel the service, but then he demanded ₹3000 as a cancellation fee. During the discussion, I pointed out that since I am new to shifting, and they are professionals, they should have mentioned the vehicle size and asked for my confirmation. If there were price differences depending on the vehicle type, that too should have been explained. To this, the owner casually replied, "I need business; why would I tell you?" That moment made me realize — he intentionally sent an unsuitable vehicle to trap me and collect money dishonestly. I was cheated by trusting them and was left stranded at the last moment. ⚠️ If you are considering their services, please be extremely cautious. Ensure you gather all the following information upfront: Vehicle type and size (confirm with photos if possible) Number of workers and estimated timeline to complete the work Detailed payment structure (including cancellation policies)

The staff is very respectful.They did the work very calm and fast.Almost the full packing and moving is safe.I thank Surya Packers and movers for their kind help.

On 2nd august i had a house shifting with them, their workers stole my gshock watch and little bit of cash that was kept in shelves. When i gave a complaint to owner after 2 days of complete check, he said its your responsibility to be there and look after. Very worst customer support and their workers behaviour is unprofessional. Pls dont shift your luggage with them. They steal if any expensive things are found. Very disappointing

I had a very bad experience with this packers. They didn't even bring cardboards instead they bring rice bag covers and they poured everything. We don't even know which item is in which bag. Pickles came out. Rice came out. and So many items spoiled. Go with at your own risk.

I could have given negative rating but that wasn't the option....first of all this agency is complete scam...they will quote a relatively lower price and after d livery they will ask way higher rate...and also I transported my household items wid them and half of the glass items including my fridge door glass was shattered and bike stand was broken and they didn't have a single rupee refund on that.....worst packers service available out there.....just don't go for these scammers
