Worst experience ever of renting a bike. First of all, they say the charges are on 24 hours basis but when you return on the last day, they start arguing with you for one more day rent (even if you have returned the bike on time). Complete lack of professionalism and greed shows in their dealings with clients. When i asked the local autowala about this person, I got to know they are infamous in this area for such treatment with the clients and haggling for small small money. Half the time, they will not even pick up the phone and hang up on you, if you try to contest their terms. I would not recommend anyone to hire from this place. Not a good experience at all.

Very bad experience. These are all people who don't even know how to provide service to the customer. They will call you to different places, I wonder if they even have a place from where they operate. Bottom line, in Ratnagiri city there is no body who can provide you a bike or scooty on hire. When you call them, they call some people who have private bikes and very pricy. If you agree to their price, they will try negotiate with the owners. End of the day, they will keep you waiting. I never got the bike and they don't even bother to pick up your enquiries or calls. Waste of time.

It was a good experience. We visited Ratnagiri and had booked Access 125 a day before we arrive... My experience was very good & they offered great service and smooth process. Owner Mangesh is very cooperative and good person. Definitely go for it..

Previously their service was quite good. But now a days for rental bike they are asking too much high rent for a day or even for couple of days. Restrictions are there also that you can not take a bike out of Ratnagiri City. That is rubbish. And the customer service is poor. So guess please avoid taking this bikes.

Called up the owner (Mangesh) on the number available on this Maps location. I asked for scooty for 24 hours a day before my requirement. He confirmed for Suzuki Access 125 for 24 hours for ₹600. He offered it for ₹500 for 12 hours. On the day of booking I went to his apartment where due to Mangesh's absence his wife and mother coordinated and handed me over the key of Suzuki Access (not 125 model) along with a helmet. They didn't ask me for any advance deposit. Just asked me to WhatsApp Mangesh my photo with the scooty and a photo of my driving licence which eventually I didn't. The scooty had no RC. I asked his mother who assured it's not required here in Ratnagiri and if any policeman asks for it, she asked me to call her and hand over the phone to policeman The scooty was clean and in good condition. I went Ganpatipule and it didn't pose any problem at all during the whole trip. It already had petrol enough for another 10 kms. I returned the scooty after 27 hours and I wasn't asked for extra rent. The experience was hassle-free and very convenient especially for those who don't want the hassle of public transport and paying hefty amount to the local autos. Much recommended

Very bad experience.. I wanted a bike for week . I called the owner almost for 3 to 4 times but he never responded. Sometimes he used to pick the call and will say he will call back in 10 mins.. But I never got a call back.. Dnt knw what was the issue.. But they cud have informed by calling back or thru a simple msg... Very much disappointed
