The driver was very well-mannered and helpful, and the car was perfectly clean. ​Due to work stress, I mistakenly overpaid by ₹2000 in a rush. When I asked for a discount, the driver's reply touched my heart: 'Sir, our company does not give offers. No Offer, Only Fikar. We are your Humsafar (Companion).' ​My faith became 100% certain when they called me at 7:30 PM and the driver personally came to my house to return the ₹2000! Such honesty is rare today. ​My Firm Belief is: This travel agency is excellent. I will choose this service every time I book in the future. I booked Jai Jagannath Travels and went to Jharsuguda Airport from Rourkela on 26th May, 2025 in Toyota Etios. I have attached the picture of Jharsuguda Airport Terminal as asked by the driver. I would like to share my detailed experience of the trip here. First of all, I am not posting this review to get any discount coupons from you in the future. I promise I won't. The trip was smooth and pleasant. Mr. Prashant was punctual and was on time. He was courteous. We also reached the airport on time. Overall, I liked the trip. But few concerns I would like to mention with the driver - Mr. Prashant You should not have called me "Tame", when I am addressing you by calling "Aapana". When I am respecting you, you should value that and should not discount it while returning back. Another thing, you didn't request for this review. You kind of ordered me to go to Google, search for Jai Jagannath Travels, and write a paragragh giving you 5 stars. Google re jao, Jai Jagannath Travels search koro, 5 stars upare click koro, sethi paragraph lekho. C'mon Man! This is not how you should ask for reviews. Instead, you should have asked. If you really liked our experience, I would request if you could give us a 5 star rating on our Google listing. In odia, you could have said - "Sir jadi aapanku ama service bhala lagila, kindly amaku Google re 5star rate karantu." Pls learn these etiquettes to ensure a nice customer delight experience. But, overall the journey was good and I would highly recommend it to others. I could have rated less for the above concerns, or I could have not given a review at all, but I would still rate 5 stars, because I know how much effort it takes to create reputation in the market. And, people with noble and good intent should be rewarded. I am really sorry, while leaving the car, we mistakenly took one of your water bottle assuming it to be ours.
