I visited here to get my Driving license reissued and while the govt has tried to make it free of middle man yet they have left a lot of loopholes for them to exploit. For eg: Parivan website doesn’t inform you of all the documents you would require and then you end up taking the help of an agent. Moreover, all the agents quote a different price and they are open to negotiations and therefore bargain before settling with the agent. The only good part was the token system - so my biometric happened quite quickly and the office was also clean and not too crowded.
RTO office is usually not clean ,prices differ at different cyber cafe shop , therefore ask the price at different shops

Basic services are available. No social distancing. The work environment is not suitable if you are coming by yourself
not able to understand that if everyone is unhappy with RTO services so why giving them 5 Stars, trying to connect to the office since last 1 hour but no once is picking the, very busy in bribe collection
