I had a very good experience with Thirumalai packers and movers. I shifted my household things from salem to Chennai with well packed arranged and delivered with good conditions. Very grateful and thanks to team (manoj and seenu and Rajesh) who a ee supported to us in this immediate basis and Thirumalai responded very quickly and given good prices on tariffs comparing to other transporters. One of the best service I have received. I have used Thirumalai Packers from Salem to Kallakurichi. They were very professional, neatly packed with bubble wrap. Subhash and Velu there were very soft and calm. They packed all the items very neatly. Mr. Tamilselvan who came and assisted. He was very professional and guided the team. Well done guys. I definately recommend Tirumalai Packers.

I strongly suggest don't go for this fraud people. They are fraud, cheaters and blockmailers. Very, very, very worst service. They are only agents, not packers and movers. Please do not opt for their service. Loading is done by one vendor, unloading by another vendor, and the transport vehicle comes from yet another vendor. How will they provide good service in this setup? I paid ₹500 as an advance, and the booked time was 7 AM. They kept saying "10 minutes, 15 minutes," and finally arrived only at 5 PM. After that, they started the process and completed the loading around 8 PM. Once everything was loaded, they asked me to make the full payment. I refused, so they demanded at least 70% of the amount. I told them I would pay ₹12,000, and they collected the money and began the journey. They reached my destination the next day at 7 AM and started blackmailing me to pay an additional ₹2,000 for the unloading process. It was raining heavily, and since all my valuable items were inside the vehicle, I was forced to agree and pay the extra amount. They started unloading in a very careless manner. They broke my kettle, scratched my bureau, and damaged most of my items. my inverter got completely filled with water. When I asked them about it, they simply said, "What can we do?" That is not all. They do not have their own service people. Someone unknown from a different location comes for loading. Another unknown person from somewhere else comes for unloading. The parcel vehicle is also arranged from a different place by strangers. Everything is arranged by this agent, and because of this, all my items got scratched and damaged. So I am sincerely requesting you — please don’t get cheated by them. They are a fraudulent group. Service: Very, very worst Customer Satisfaction: Very, very worst Cost: Too high, and they demand extra money after loading Vehicle Type: 3rd party (No safety) Loaders: 3rd party (No responsibility) Unloaders: 3rd party (No responsibility) Payment: Once your items are packed and loaded into the vehicle, they insist on full payment immediately they are blockmail if you are not paid full amount, we will not deliver your packages.

We had the worst possible experience with Thirumalai Packers and Movers during our home shifting from Salem to Namakkal. The service was highly unprofessional, stressful, and completely mismanaged. We booked their service for ₹13,500, paid ₹500 as advance, and scheduled the move for 7:00 AM on June 28, 2025. But the team, under the leadership of Mr. Balachandran, kept delaying with excuses like "10 minutes sir", and finally arrived only at 3:30 PM over 8 hours late. When we saw the condition of the open lorry they brought (despite us clearly requesting a closed lorry), we immediately cancelled the service on the spot. The lorry was full of mud, standing water, and sand, and was not suitable for transporting household items. But shockingly, the team refused to leave even after cancellation and insisted on continuing with the work. Unfortunately, it also started raining during the packing, and due to the open lorry, many of our wooden sofas, cuttles, and boxes got wet and damaged. The lorry was in very poor condition it couldn’t even be restarted properly once turned off. We paid ₹5,000 to the driver after packing and informed Mr. Balachandran that we would pay the balance ₹5,000 the next morning. He agreed but around 10:00 PM, while the lorry was on the highway, Mr. Balachandran called and blackmailed us, threatening that unless we paid ₹8,000 immediately, they would not deliver our goods. Under pressure and stress, we had no choice but to pay the amount to the driver on the spot. Only after that, they delivered our belongings at 11:00 PM, and the full move was completed by 2:00 AM on June 29, 2025 causing us exhaustion, tension, and mental stress. While the 4 part-time workers did a good job with the actual loading and unloading, the overall experience was unacceptable with zero professionalism, poor communication, and unethical behavior. We are also attaching a video of the lorry’s poor condition as proof. Please be cautious. I strongly do not recommend Thirumalai Packers and Movers to anyone

If you value your health, time and things, Please don't opt for this packers and movers. The manager Bala is the worst person you would ever come across in your life. Every sentence he speaks is a lie. I booked service for sending my things to delhi and it was delayed by 10 days. No apologies or anything. Owner and the manager won't attend your calls. They broke our wooden study table and to date, I have not got any compensation for it.

I moved my residence inside the same city of Erode, and for the process to take place, I contracted the services of THIRUMALAI Movers and Packers. Their crew arrived promptly, carefully packed and loaded all of my belongings onto the truck, and then unloaded everything at the location I had specified. I had a positive overall impression of my time working with THIRUMALAI Movers and Packers. Thank you for help .
