On 17 December, I was in a rush and couldn't provide detailed feedback at that moment. Long story short RR Packers and Movers delivered excellent service. I had explored multiple other service providers, including companies offering shifting and moving support, but this team offered the most genuine pricing and a fair rate. Their staff worked very professionally and efficiently, from handling the items to maintaining proper coordination. Overall, everything went smoothly, and there were absolutely no complaints about the service quality. On a lighter note, the staff did ask for tips and they were happy with whatever tip they received. It made me wonder whether this is a common practice in the industry, or if it's linked to employees not being paid well. A small suggestion for the company would be to reflect on this: Is the tipping culture a sign that the staff may feel underpaid? That said, I am not mentioning this as a criticism just as a curiosity based on observation. My overall experience has been very positive, and I will confidently recommend their service to others as well. Since this move was within the same city, I can only comment on local shifting. I haven't used their intercity relocation service yet, so I don’t have enough insight to review that part. Hopefully, when I do, the experience will be just as good. Final verdict: Reliable team, professional staff, transparent pricing, and great overall support.

Highly recommended! I used RR packers and movers movers for my long distance move from Nallagandla to Amravati and they took such amazing care of my belongings. Everything was thoroughly wrapped and protected. I was really worried because my couch and furniture are white but everything arrived in perfect condition - not even one scuff or scratch! I did experience some slight delays in arrival window due to unforeseen circumstances but were extremely communicative and kept me updated the entire time and resolved this quickly. Absolutely Unprofessional and Fraudulent Company! I had a confirmed booking with RARA Logistics (Quotation No. 2587) for shifting household items. Just one day before the scheduled packing, they illegally demanded ₹10,000 extra, giving a ridiculous excuse about "Shravan month charges" — nowhere mentioned in the quotation. Their original quote was ₹28,500 all-inclusive, but they tried to extort more money at the last minute, leaving us helpless. This is nothing but cheating, blackmail, and a complete breach of trust. Avoid this company at all costs. They are highly unprofessional, unethical, and unreliable. Once you confirm the booking, they’ll trap you and demand more money using lame excuses. Do not fall for their fake promises and sweet-talking sales pitch. They are only after your money. I am taking this matter to the Consumer Forum and will ensure their name is blacklisted. Shame on such companies who exploit customers at the last moment.
