VRL Logistics Ltd - Sirsi

Very bad quality of bus. I am travelling from Bangalore to Sirsi. Bus really vibrates and lot of loud sound. When I told this to driver he told me that the the bus is really old one. After paying too high ticket cost , I had to struggle full night. It’s really a pathetic journey . Please don’t use this service. It’s not worth it. Go for other travels like Rajhamsa and Sugama travels and they are really better compared to this bad service. This is cheating. Regretting my decision of opting this service.

It's not worth to give single star also...Atmost bad service..Neven seen like this..They don't know the value of the customer parcels...ad even don't care for the handling...please close this if you are not able to handle..It should be customer service oriented but they didn't even know what is the meaning of service.

Bit lazy... Not oriented.. Coustamer have to wait a long time even 3 servant working.. When 1 constumer present at that time.. Barrow extra money from u.. When u paid total amount from other vrl center..

In this office there is no printer also.. Staffs are very bad and very worst not responding correctly Vitthal D is manager he is always in home and deep sleep

Worst coustemer service. Shame on you VRL not responding for phone calls properly. Recieving the call and keeping the reciever aside. Acting like not their job to respond.

There us no such a cleaning. Don't knw much about this place bcoz VRL only stops for language picking.
