I believed that opting for a parcel service would ensure my bike’s safety. Unfortunately, my experience was very bad The team at Pothigai Parcel Service mishandled my bike during transport. They loaded it improperly, which resulted in damage to the handlebar. Loaded over the bike. I am extremely disappointed, as my bike holds sentimental value for me, and the lack of care shown by the staff was unacceptable. Choosing this service was a mistake, and I regret it deeply. The lack of professionalism and care in handling my bike has left me with a very negative impression. Please don't book. They will not deliver. We have to go and take our parcel. No coordination between the offices. No proper phone numbers to contact. They will not pick up the phone as well. They will charge at loading point and also at unloading point. Wondering how they got licenses with such horrible service.
