There is a lot of improvement since last time when I visited there. The government employees were more cooperative and also politely answered all my queries. And due to the introduction of new technologies, lots of paper work and corruption has reduced. But they are working in a old building which is severely in need of repair and renovation. Government should focus on this.
Old infrastructure, No parking space & Poor management. They never do works on time. There's not any records book of RC/DL dispatch and return records. Not proper guidance. There's no any reception or enquiry counter there people can know a true status of applications or other relevant issues. If you send mail to DTO officer for any enquiry.he never respond
DL Total cost. =1720 . By self on 01/05/2019 Learner license= 420+ driving license (card)=1300 . . I gave Driving Test . spelender plus at police line ground. See photo.
DLs booked through speed are not sent to Siwan head post office immediately rather kept at DTO
Very poor experience, there is a lot of brokers outside the DTO office Those gullible people who come here for work are robbed
You have to wait in queue, pay bribe, then your work will complete smoothly
Good office but you go to dl so don't go fastly
