Our guide, Nasir Bhaijaan, took exceptional care of us from the very beginning. Since Kashmir often faces occasional disturbances, we were a bit unsure at first, but after speaking to him, all our worries disappeared. He explained our entire trip plan so clearly and beautifully that we were instantly impressed. Throughout the trip, whenever we had any questions or needed anything, he never hesitated or felt irritated even once. From picking us up at the airport on time to dropping us safely at our hotel, everything was handled with complete professionalism. Every single day, he arrived on time to pick us up—while we were often late! Yet he was always patient, calm, extremely sweet, and highly professional. He guided us wonderfully and made our Kashmir trip truly memorable. He even made beautiful reels for us—he’s amazing at creating reels and capturing stunning photos. He suggested some of the most beautiful and selective spots in Kashmir. We couldn’t visit all of them due to lack of time, but In Sha Allah, we will surely return again. On our last day, he even gifted us mustard oil from his own home since my wife had mentioned it earlier. Such a sweet and heartfelt gesture truly touched us. We recently completed a 7-night/8-day trip to Kashmir, and it was easily one of the best travel experiences we’ve had. We planned the trip in March, before the unfortunate Pahalgam incident. By the time we traveled in June, some destinations were closed. Mr. Nasir, being very proactive, quickly updated our itinerary with alternate places that were open, so we didn’t waste any time. Mr. Nasir was also our driver and was with us throughout the entire trip. From the moment we first reached out to him, he was always responsive, punctual, and professional. He is humble, trustworthy, and a complete gentleman. During the trip, my daughter had food poisoning. Mr. Nasir personally arranged for the necessary medication and had it delivered to our hotel. His care and kindness meant so much to us. He also provided accurate guidance so we didn’t get overcharged by locals for activities and services.
