Pathetic service. Booked ticket from Anupgarh thru Redbus. But they didn't send bus to my boarding point instead the agent there told me to board another bus and reach Suratgarh to board the bus. They gave excuse of breakdown but it seems the bus was not sent due to less number if passengers. Very unprofessional behaviour. Please don't book any ticket from Virat bus.
Their buses are ok. Their sleeper coaches are quite comfortable. Most journeys are scheduled for night only which makes it easier to travel while sleeping. Convenient services.
