This spacious office is quite opposite to the new vegetable market near bus stand. The experience of getting your work done with the officials is still typical to that of govt. employees. Getting response to your queries has considerably improved but still a long a way to go to. Can be addressed if the govt is willing to train them on soft skills and behavior towards common man Update (12Dec,22) - Still there are glitches to fix the software. You have to go to RTO if you need to update your Mobile number . Otherwise, nothing has changed, you get decent response from the office staff. ARTO responds to queries well and helps you in taking the process further

Worst experience ever today i visited here they made me run every where and finally I thought I can complete my LL test but no since I was in western clothes they literally thrown some abusive words on me after all useless discussion and arguments they said you have to visit Hassan RTO, but RTO inspector was good but Other bottom level people gave a big trouble so overall it was very bad experience, hope I'll never visit this place...... Tq RTO inspector for u r kind words....

The response from officials is very good. but according to my knowledge there is a lack of time maintainance.

Should hire more employees to give quick response to the transport owners..

Very difficult to get DL if we went individually. Time consume more
