The bus condition was very neat & clean, seats were comfortable, and luggage space was sufficient for a long trip. The driver was very polite, experienced, and punctual throughout the journey. He had good route knowledge and ensured safe driving every day. Even during long travel hours, the journey felt smooth and stress-free. Daily pickup timings were followed properly, and the owner Mr. Nagendra Nayak was always reachable on phone and very supportive. Overall, it was a hassle-free and reliable bus service. The travel agency provided the worst experience I’ve ever had. Their vehicles were poorly maintained, dirty, and looked like they hadn’t been serviced in ages. The drivers were extremely rash, driving at unsafe speeds and showing no regard for passengers’ comfort or safety. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency until they improve their service standards and vehicle maintenance.
