Good experience, Staff's are helpful. Booked the DL address change online and went with all the documents and reached the place 15 mins before my appointment time and the whole process is complete with in 1 hour.
If your renewing License via agent office opposite to this RTO, we can get license renewed without any formalities. But I created application on Sarathi website on my own and I visited 4 times for license renewal completion. They will say RTO rules one by one after each visit. But now I’m happy I know the process . Also these RTO people will behave rudely if you are going on your own, take care
Visited as part of the final step in getting a driver’s license. Initial wait in the LLR room which has chairs and benches with fan. The next stage is weird- we’ll be asked to wait outside to meet the people in the same LLR room that we were waiting it but with the bunch of licence papers, but via a window grill. People in white-white seems to get a priority here. Then need to wait in line to take our photo where they’d ask if we want the duplicate license, sometimes only. And done. The license reaches home in one week apparently.
