I live in the U.K. and used 'One Road tours & travels' quite a few times over the years when I visited Sri Ramanasramam Ashram. After a long flight you want to see someone waiting for you with a plaque as you exit the terminal. Always on time, cars are in a very good condition and comfortable. As a tourist I find myself in a very good hands as much as road safety is concerned. I used the car service not only for airport pick up and drop off, but also to travel as well. Competitive prices and reliability makes me use it every year when I come over to visit Tiruvannamalai and the Ashram. Cannot recommend enough!!!

For many years I have used Sathish’s taxi service to and from Chennai Airport to Tiru always use to Ponducherry. .Drivers arrive on time, clean cars and well priced. I have also had long trips with this company, to Goa, Hampi, Gokarna, Fort Cochin, inland Kerala, Varkala., Never a breakdown travelling many miles in India, even on short cut back roads. Sathish is very professional, speaks and writes great English. This is such a bonus for foreigners in India. I always feel safe as a single mature lady using this company. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed this taxi service. I took three rides with this company and all of my drivers were kind and attentive. They offered to stop for bathroom breaks, tea, and snacks without having to ask (different than another service I tried whose driver only stopped on the side of the road to pee multiple times and drove with the window cracked open with lots of dust getting in the car). They asked before playing music (which I didn’t want at the time) and kept the car at a nice temperature. As far as I can tell they have decent pricing for the area. Always good to keep an eye on the pricing because foreigners are often seen as money bags and can easily get taken advantage of. The one thing I didn’t like was during my ride to the airport I was concerned about the timing and didn’t want to stop for tea and I thought I made that clear to the driver and the driver stopped anyway. I did get to the airport with more than enough time so maybe he just knew it was fine and didn’t listen to me because of it? Or maybe there was a language barrier and he didn’t fully understand? If I knew we were going to stop for tea weather I wanted too or not I would have got the tea… But instead I was just concerned about not getting there in time… but like I said I got there with time to spare so all was well. All in all I had good rides and good experiences and I would use them again.
