Booked a cab from Nagpur to Raipur through Rahul Travels, but unfortunately, it turned out to be my worst travel experience ever. I made a 100% advance payment at the time of booking. Later, I found out that the car was arranged through a third party, and Rahul Travels did not even clear their payment. Because of this, I have been receiving continuous calls from multiple numbers for the last 4 days asking for payment — even though I had already paid in full on the same day. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply advised me to ignore the calls. No responsibility, no solution, and no professionalism. Very disappointing service. Think twice before booking. Thank you Rahul Travels for such a terrible experience — and still asking for feedback.
Easy to book. cab comes on time and hassle free service. I have tried booking cab for bilaspur to raipur and vice versa multiple times and faced no issues.
