Absolutely Dreadful Experience with Alfa Movers and Packers! My experience with Alfa Movers and Packers was an absolute nightmare. If you're looking for reliable movers, look elsewhere! I booked them for Monday, June 30th, at 10 AM, but they were a no-show. After relentless follow-ups, they finally showed up at 2:30 PM. This disastrous start was just the beginning. I was shamelessly overcharged and then forced to assist their team with packing, where they broke a glass jar with no apology. What was the point of hiring them if I had to do their job? To make matters worse, they sent a single, unassisted transport guy for delivery, making me and my family do half the unloading. The cartons delivered were drenched in rain, causing some of my belongings inside to get damaged. On top of all this, one package, for which I paid ₹1200, never arrived, and they refused to compensate me. Now, both the transport guy and Alfa Movers and Packers contacts are refusing to answer calls or provide updates. I made the colossal mistake of paying in full and am left with damaged and missing belongings, and absolutely no accountability. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Do NOT use Alfa Movers and Packers. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and will leave you in a terrible predicament. It sounds like you've been through a truly horrendous ordeal. Given their unresponsiveness and the damages, have you considered filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities or exploring other legal avenues to recover your losses?

Very careless and cheap packers and movers with untrained labours. They broken my LCD TV and doesn't give any refund for damage as well as not proceed for any insurance. Never take this service. Service taken on 01.04.2023.

Worst service I have seen. Most of my items I have received in broken or scratched conditions. 4 plants are missing and they have given excuses like it is broken. So we have requested pictures of a broken plant and they are unable to provide the pictures. They don't bother to unpack your items and after delivery. You have to do it yourself. If you love your hard earned money then don't go for this service.
