I have used Kerala Roadways service to parcel my belongings while moving out of vellore and it was really good. The Packages reached within the stipulated time and in Good condition. The Charges are also nominal

One box out of my shipment was missing which was send on 05/06/23.its been 3 months I haven't received it yet. I keep calling every week to which they tell we are checking stock and it's going on for 3 months. Now though they don't even pick up the call. Even the headquarters reply the same. Very unprofessional and poor service. Even the other three boxes were not handled properly one item was damaged. Not reliable at all. Worst part is not being accountable

By far, the worst experience ever! Scammers! I needed to send some household goods. The manager did not even weigh the goods and simply quoted an exorbitant amount. We had to throw a fit and get our goods weighed. They have no clear cut / fixed rates. Be ware!

Transported my bike from Kannur to Vellore. Got some scratches in the grab rail and in stickers. Number plates got bend and a clip in the fiber panel above the head light was also broken. They need to be more careful with the vehicles as they charge high (double the amount) than railway parcel service.

It takes really long time for your goods to deliver and your packages are always not intact.

Very poor delivery, especially that vellore district office staff behave irresponsible ... don't use this parsel service..
