We hired taxi for 9 days for Dwarka, Somnath, Gir, Girnar, Dholaveera, Dhordo & Kutch tour. Vehicle was well maintained. Driver Rambhai was exceptionally excellent in driving. He knew all details of all places due to which we were relax throughout whole tour. He guided properly at every place. Helped us in searching room. All these things made our memorable.

Good service, Dizire Swift car in good condition & Driver Ajay vaghela was good in driving. Enjoyed 3 days with all site seeing Somnath, Porbandar & Dwarka.

Contrary to other experiences, we had a very poor and unprofessional experience with Yatrik Cabs. Our one-day sightseeing in Dwarka on Dec 27 turned stressful due to a fight between the owner and the driver, with both asking us to pay them separately. Customers should not be involved in internal disputes. When we requested a one-hour extension, the driver took our luggage and left, which was completely unacceptable. After multiple calls to driver and owner, the driver turned up at the hotel and hour later to give back the luggage as we firmly denied to pay for services we took from them. To make matters worse, the owner later cancelled our confirmed 4-day booking from Somnath to Bhuj (planned from Dec 29 onwards), causing major last-minute disruption to our travel plans. Lack of professionalism, coordination, and basic customer responsibility. Travelers should be cautious before booking.

We had an 8 hours journey with Ram bhai, had an amazing experience throught our journey, he was very punctual and polite,maintained his vehicle very clean. I would highly recommend Yatrik Tours &Travels Somnath for travel purposes

After repeated calls to both, he returned to our hotel an hour later only because we refused payment for the incomplete service.To top it off, the owner abruptly canceled our confirmed 4-day booking from Somnath to Bhuj (starting Dec 29), derailing our plans at the last minute. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, coordination, and accountability—travelers, proceed with caution.
