Driver yashwant is very good and helpful at every point if time. **Make sure you have a voice call recording when you discuss the tariff and the places to visit otherwise you will end up paying more saying that the places were not discussed prior. Cab was fine and comfortable. Overall good ride with family. *Also sometimes they redirect to other travels when they don't have staff available.

I am very much impressed with the service and car quality from this travel agency. We have booked for Tata Vista car to Araku Valley visit but they have upgraded our car to Maruti Suzuki Brezza. The journey was superb enjoyable and the Driver named Prakash had guided us thoroughly the tour by showing every spots. The owner Vijay is very good person and he assisted us during the tour plan. We booked Srimalyadri cabs for a 4 day trip to lambasingi - Araku - Vizag. Driver Vijay has been assigned to us. He was very friendly and helpful. The pickup was from airport and the cab was on time no matter where ever we go. The overall service was awesome. I would recommend Srimalyadri cabs to everyone travelling planning a trip in Vizag.

Very bad experience, pls do not opt for this travels. I have booked for 2 days trip Vizag local and Araku . When we have visited araku, as the trip was not interesting and thought of returning back to Vizag and informed the same to travel agent without changing the timing, he said that will charge additional amount of 1000 for the same, which got increased my expense and I had no option. Pls do not opt for this travel agent.
