I used Gautum Travels for an almost three-week religious journey across India, travelling through Delhi, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Devprayag, Vrindavan, Mathura, Agra, Prayagraj, and Vrindavan again. The service was exceptional. Before the trip, everything was clearly discussed with a transparent itinerary and cost breakdown, which built trust from the start. The car provided was exactly what I requested — clean, comfortable, and luxury-leaning — and my luggage was always handled with care. I was driven by three brothers, each with their own character and warmth. After bonding with the first driver, I was surprised to bond with all three — by the end they felt like close friends, not just drivers. They were especially helpful with the religious and spiritual aspects of the trip, navigating timings, temple access, logistics, and onward travel smoothly and respectfully. Their driving was calm and safe, even in challenging conditions, and when stopped by traffic police, all documentation was always in order. What you expect from a driver is only the tip of the iceberg. I’m already excited about my next adventure in India with Gautum Travels and highly recommend them.

SIMPLY PUT A++ SERVICE and I would highly recommend and will certainly use them again. My family are from the UK and this was our first visit to India. We travelled to multiple locations from Delhi to Agra to Vrindavan. Driver was punctual and very helpful. The vehicle was exactly as described with plenty of luggage space as we had eight pieces plus backpacks. The car was spacious clean with working seat belts and fully air conditioned making our journey very comfortable. During our travels we were stopped by police and driver produced all necessary documents so we had no problems. Also very reassuring that they are reputable company. We travelled with our mum who is elderly. They were very patient and helpful in organising assistance and very mindful of her limitations and they assisted us to visit many temples etc. During our journey across India, we were accompanied by 3 drivers from Gautam Travels. They are very friendly and helpful and we quickly gelled with all of them and felt more like family than strangers. I enjoyed being around them and they made us feel safe and secure at all times as they accompanied us on our excursions. I would highly recommend using them. To help you understand the comparison, we used 2 other car taxi services during our trip in Puri and Kalkota and neither were anything like Gautam Travel. They made our journey fun and enjoyable. Their English is good and they fully understood our needs as communication wasn’t difficult. All in all, they went above and beyond to make our journey a very comfortable and memorable one. They are a joy to be around and I will be using them again on our planned journey next year. Thank you so much.

We love Guatam Taxi service, this family run business always takes the best care of us whenever we come to India. We have gotten rides from Delhi to Vrindavan, Jaipur and back again. Wherever we need to go or get picked up from they are always available. The cars are always extremely clean and in good working order and the drivers are always kind, patient and respectful. Also the prices are very reasonable and a lot less than what other services would ask for. I would also like to say a special thank you to Rahul, he has been one of our regulars and taken the best care of us! Again, we can’t recommend these guys enough, make sure to check them out next time you need a taxi!

Throughout the journey, he was calm, respectful, and very sincere in his work. His manners and professional attitude made the trip smooth and comfortable, especially for a family traveller. He has good knowledge of the route and local areas, drove responsibly, and ensured we reached the destination safely and on time. What stood out most was his helpful nature, positive attitude, and genuine concern for passenger comfort. The taxi service is great. They are able schedule ahead of time and reserve a taxi for the entire day for one fixed price. Their drivers are friendly, speak English, and know where they are going. They also drive safely. I truly recommend them for all Braj excursions.

Amazing service! Very friendly and professional team with over 30–35 years of experience in tours and travels. The cars are new, clean, and super comfortable, making the journey smooth.
