This Company told me they would move all of my belongings quickly. They came 1.5 hours late to start of move, they asked for lunch break after 1 hour of work, they stood around for 3 hours after I told them they could have lunch after they moved first load to new flat. They chose to go get lunch anyway and caused me to miss having geysers and water filter installed. Had to pay extra to cover cancel fees for those. They did not listen to basic request and took over 12 hours to move my belongings 10 minutes down the road. When I called Mukesh to get help that day with the crew he would just ignore my phone calls. Many belongings of mine are damaged. My wooden kitchen table is scratched up, they broke the coils in one of my A/C units, they damaged broke a stand for my cat. They offered no compensation for anything they broke. They were supposed to install my A/C units the same day but because they were late and they stood around doing nothing multiple times, they did not have time to install them. They asked me to pay when they had not finished the job. The owner called me and told me he wanted 90% of the pay for the job and that they would return the next day to install. I told him I don’t pay for jobs that aren’t finished but could offer 50% today and the rest once the 4 A/C units were installed. This was not acceptable to him and he yelled at me and screamed at me like a child. I had missed several installations because he would not get his team to work that day, had damaged goods, and he had still not finished the job. I’m a foreigner here but have come to understand you pay when job is completed. He continue saying A/C installation would only be 5% of the work I should just pay now and he would show up the next day. I would not pay the full amount and continued offering 50% until job is completed. The owner was mad and had his team leave with no money. The next day his A/C people were 4 hours late and worked on the A/C units for almost 9 hours. This doesn’t seem like (5% of the work but almost 50% of the work). Found out today that they broke one of the A/C when installing and now have to pay 8,000 to fix it. I can not stress enough to stay away from this company. They are not good. ------------------------------------- Update since review: 14/02/26 Mukesh Verna has texted me many times asking me to take this review down. I've asked him why would I do that? He has offered me 0 compensation for any of the things his crew damaged, he has not offered to cover any of the cost I had to spend on all the poor A/C installation his team did on all 4 A/C units. He has also harassed a friend of mine about this review trying to pressure them into asking me to take this review down. Everything he just added to this response is just him trying to seem like he is being a good guy. Mukesh I will not remove this review because I want people to see the service that you provide.
