I had booked the bathroom deep cleaning service from Vijay services. My experience is too bad. I booked move in deep cleaning with machine (cost 500) through them. The service was for 60 minutes in which all taps, pot, exhaust, tiles need to be cleaned and stains needed to be removed maximum. The guy who came informed after 30 mins that he is done. When I checked then pot was yellow, taps were not clean, exhaust area was not clean, exhaust switch was not clean. I asked him about to clean properly. He just did cleaning one more time of the pot but this time also not clean. Then he said Bangalore water is like that stains don’t go here. He did not use any chemicals to remove the stains. This is not good service. I had tried with urban company the same service and their guys were really good in this particular service. Not recommended.

The boys who handled the job — Sulamana, Apu, and Ashraf Ali — were very polite, hardworking, and detail-oriented. They did an excellent job and made my home look fresh and spotless.

Worst company to take cleaning service when we want to take any service they will call multiple times but if you say cleaning is not done properly they will just say we will arrange call back and don't do we clearly said we it's duplex house with 4 bedrooms they need to remove glue marks and paint marks and they confirmed it will be over 1 day which didn't happen, first day they only sent 3 people after multiple calls they sent 1 more guy but he don't know what to do, when we ask why are you not sending more people they said if it's not happening on same day, then you complain, which didn't happen second day we share how bad they have cleaned customer care is least interested about our complain they said they are sending experience team but the guy who ture up don't know anything again, now on the day end team is only asking for money and saying they didn't agreed for paint and glue removal after showing the whatsapp confirmation he said they will check,end of 2nd day also work is not complete properly, before they team came first only we cleared said we need good cleaning but still they are not able to do the same, because of this cleaning we kept all the work on hold on the first day, we can't hold work or wait for this people to clean properly

VHS aka Vijay Home Services is an excellant setup. I entrusted work of Painting my 17 year old house. They have done a very good job of it. It is unbelievably looking like new house. They are trustworthy in execution of the job and timely completion of the work.

The deep cleaning was done perfectly with very good quality. The team paid attention to details, and the results were up to the mark. We are happy with the cleanliness and effort put in by the workers. Only One Concern: The only disappointing part was the delay in arrival. The team came after 7:15 PM in the late evening, which was much later than expected. If the service had started on time, the overall experience would have been even better. Overall Experience: 5 star for work and quality. Apart from the delay in timing, the service quality was excellent.
