Vikki plumber

Worst professional experience of my life. Plumber (Mr. Ajay Kumar) said he'd reach my place shortly. Half an hour passed and no response. Called the manager (Mr. Vikki). Shortly, I received a call from Mr. Ajay that he'll arrive in 30 minutes. A full hour passed. No one arrived. Upon calling Mr. Ajay again, he just said "Aa rahe" and cut the call. Future would-be customers should also note that this Mr. Ajay also has a very condemnable habit of cutting the call while you're talking. He's not interested in what you have to say or in saving your time. He doesn't care if you have been waiting for an hour and a half and that you have places to go as well. I tried calling the manager, Mr. Vikki, again to tell him about the behavior of his employee and to ask him to send someone else. 5 calls and no response. No one picked up. I guess that tells you what kind of people run this business and what kind of people they employ. Over the years, I have also worked, sat with and learnt from several business people who own medium sized businesses but never did I ever see such unprofessional behaviour. The actions of Mr. Vikki and Mr. Ajay clearly show that these people consider themselves superior to the customer and they treated me likewise. One should also note that all the 5 star reviews above must have been given by the customers after the plumber deliberately asked them to rate this business 5 stars while looming in front of them and not going away after the work was done. If there was an option to give a 0 star rating to this business then I would have. Future clients and customers beware and know who you're dealing with. Sincerely, An almost-customer
