It is the same and it is even worse here. Filthy place used more as a toilet. Infested with beggars and vagrants. Good connectivity though. No policing and monitoring. Public are obviously bad in cleanliness.
Viluppuram Bus Stand is an average place — it gets the job done but definitely needs improvement. Buses for most routes are available, and the location is convenient for travelers. But the cleanliness and maintenance are not up to the mark. Waiting area could be cleaner, and restroom facilities need serious attention. It’s usually crowded, especially in the evenings, but it’s still manageable if you’re used to busy bus stands. Overall, decent but not comfortable — just okay for quick travel
Villupuram New bus stand located in a prime place. Very near to Dist.Collector's office, SP office, District Court etc. Public urinary stalls are not adequately provided. Only payment urinary stalls are provided near SETC bus stopping and another one in Chennai Bus stopping. That's also not cleanly maintained. Major issue in this bus stand is rest rooms not adequately provided and not maintained. Wherever you go there will be heavy bad smell of urine. Municipal authorities and District Administration must see this item and eradicate the issue.
Tamilnadu's biggest Road transmission terminus..wherever you want to go.. Yes you can from Villupuram is the answer... Govt Can add a few facilities for the welfare of common people.. Don't why it's not happening... Can go anywhere of southern states from Villupuram. Even by train too that is added option
NO:1 URINE STINKING BUS STAND OF TAMILNADU. THOUGH MANY V.V.I.P.S ARE THERE, BUS STAND IS THE WORST. OUT STATION BUSES FREQUENCY IS THERE. BUT THERE ARE NO CHAIRS OR BENCHES SINCE OPENING OF THIS BUS STAND. WATER BOTTLES ARE SOLD WITHOUT ISI PATENTS. UNHYGIENE ATMOSPHERE AND FOOD AT HOTELS. DISEASE SPREADING ATMOSPHERE. MOSQUITOES ARE COUNTLESS. SIMPLY FOR PASSING URINE Rs.10/- IS CHARGED (Nowhere in INDIA, Indeed)..
Very Worst Bus Station I ever Visited Very Poor Maintenance., Un Hygienic and Un Healthy to have anything inside this station. Need more updation especially Toilet system need demolished and update to new one Worst Bus Station Ever.....
Again worst maintained bus stand, not safer for pedestrians. Rash bus drivers and nasty maintenance (foul smell of urine all around the bus stand)
