I used this logistics service to transport my belongings from Sagar to Bangalore, and the overall experience was very smooth. The pickup was done on time, and the delivery reached safely without any damage. The staff was cooperative and kept me updated throughout the journey. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them for long-distance relocation.
After picking up my order, they completely disappeared. Once they had my parcel, they created a blackmail-like situation and started demanding full payment. After many calls and discussions, I finally warned them that I would file an FIR. Only after that did they agree to deliver my parcel. The entire experience was horrific. After struggling for 10 days, I finally received my parcel, but my bike was heavily damaged. Their behavior was completely fraudulent. They took the full payment first and only then shared the truck location. I strongly suggest not giving any order to this vendor. Otherwise, you may lose your parcel and face serious harassment.
