Worst staff... They don't have labour there to load your shipment. They ask to load by yourself. They talk very rudely to customer. They even tell me to complain against them to company. As they don't care...
Staff doesn't accept any digital payment method at all. Not even credit or debit cards. Sent me back for cash. Such a pathetic and inconvenient experience. Would never recommend to anybody.
VRL is the India's worst transport service providers. I urge every businessman not to book their goods from this 4th grade logistics. My opinion is based on after at least 15 th delivery. And specially Amravati Maharashtra franchise is the worst from this worst.
I booked parcels from Kolkata, the parcels being so small, But they charged lot of money. Also the service was not on point, it took 10 days for them to deliver in Amravati.
They r looting people. Applying extra and more extra charges for parcels. Very cheap people in VRL
