No one will pick call for any information and also staff neglect
Worst staff: I went to send a package to Delhi which weighs around 15kgs. As soon as I ask them to send a package to Delhi, they suggested me to go to DTDC couriers. They didn't even care to reply me. What a staff... Hats off!!
Worst service in Logistics company, actually I visited to Hindupur branch for packing item to Gujarata, All work putting on customer head, they will not do effort for packing, then service staff irresponsible culture, as a VRL company is standard but due to some staff reputation is lossing. Upcoming days logistics companies will come more definitely company will winding up of irresponsible staff. Staff name is Murthy. He doesn't know how to behave with customer
Use other transports in hindupur like NAVATA, VRL hindupur is bad, irresponsible, charged me Rs 530 saying misc when the original bill (sender sent me the bill in whatsapp before dispatch) at origin was only 500 with ALL cost added.Hope VRL head quarters recognize these thieves and give the franchise to some responsible people..AVOID THESE THEIVES...complained to HUBLI VRL
