Very very Bad service many more charge applied, no customer care response... Bad experience comes..
Complete fraud, they will ask for 50% advance then simply they just put their phone on switch off mode.
FRAUD ALERT !!! A Fraud Company. Beware !!!!!!! They had asked for 50% advance which we paid and then demanded 80% else they said they will not send the vehicle for loading. And when we denied they said we will not send the vehicle and we will not refund the amount. They misuse their clients and have no professionalism. VRL has offered this franchise to some very unprofessional owner. A big FRAUD.
Unsupportive logistics here, extremely dissatisfied with the poor service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend them to anyone seeking reliable logistics.
One of the worst service & worst staff, they don't even pick your call
Worst experience so far no way I will take again there service , staff experience worsen as we talk on phone, they make us feel like they had made a favour to us not service.
The service is absolute rubbish none of the customercare numbers are working and none of the parties are answering their office
