Can't understand your gps system. Pl change or upgrade it. And further, pl pickup and drop facility required in kolhapur town. At present the pick up and drop facility at outskirts of the city. It's very difficult at late nights

We thought that this logistics company had very good services as the name is famous, very dissapointed. wrong bus number, booked ac bus got non ac, had to interchange buses in sion, not expected from such a famous name, thought it would be convinient with my kids, not recommend. Checked the dropping point while booking the bus, got dropped off at a whole different place. My time got wasted as well as my money. The driver didn't even know the office location in shivamogga.

Very worst service! Can't even to come to our given address ...we have to go their said place to collect our parcel

No proper inform about goods

The location is good but parking space for your vehicle isn't easily available. No direction signs to office or godown in the campus. No one directs properly when asked. There is no one to help bring heavy items to your vehicle. Customer experience could be made drastically better by making simple, small changes- dedicated 1 or 2 spots for customer car/van inside campus and near their godown, signboards with direction to Office, and an enquiry desk visible from their gate. How difficult can these be? Overall an average experience.
