Bad service and behaviour of staffs. Never book this service again

I am writing this review to highlight my disappointing experience with the Thrissur branch. My recent encounter has been quite frustrating for several reasons. Firstly, I faced a lack of responsiveness from the staff. Despite multiple attempts to reach them by phone for updates, my calls went unanswered. Effective communication is essential for customer satisfaction, and it seems that this branch is struggling in that area. Additionally, when I attempted to send my package, which weighed approximately 5 kg, the staff refused to take it without any valid explanation. This was truly unexpected, as I have always encountered welcoming service with parcel and courier services in India. To make matters worse, I found the behavior of the goods union personnel to be quite vulgar and unprofessional. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. This combination of poor service and inappropriate behavior is the first time I have experienced such a combination with a courier service in India, and it has left a negative impression on me. I sincerely hope that the management addresses these issues to improve their service and enhance the customer experience in the future.

Has to make sure that you are sending your material well packed to avoid damages in the transportation.

Delivery staff attitude very bad. Better go for other options..

Very bad behaviour staffs

WE HAVE FACED A LOT OF ISSUES DUE TO MISBEHAVIOUR OF ALL STAFFS INCLUDING AREA MANAGER BASAVARAJ. THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING PROPERLY . NO ONE IS THERE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF ISSUES.NOT AN ORGANIZED ONE. VERY ARROGANT LADY STAFFS IN COLLECTION AREA
