Fast response and staff bhehevior
Much to improve, like staff for loading and unloading goods in time and the loaders should load the materials carefully to their truck as I have seen they just throw the 15kg copra boxes into the truck and they damage the boxes due to which we face shortage of materials and I have received so many complaints from my clients regarding the same
We have booked one number motor through VRL to tiptur on 7/9/21. They have mishandled the consignment and it was found broken. loss was estimated at rs 17000. very poor response by VRL agent tiptur. this is not the first time, we have experiencing such complaint frequently. will senior officers of VRL look in to the issue.
