The service was terrible. They used expired chemicals, which damaged the wall and completely ruined the paint. When you have an AMC, they use good-quality chemicals, but without an AMC, they use expired ones that don't even last a month. Mr. Mahesh mentioned that I didn't take the AMC, and that's why these issues are occurring. He implied that if I take the AMC, I won't face any problems, suggesting that during one-time services, low-quality products are used, but with AMC, better quality products are provided. Last year, your service was excellent, but this time it feels like our time has been wasted. Kindly address this matter and correct it.
