Worst service ever. Technician did not do proper servicing, and customer support is rude and unresponsive. Only interested in money, not service quality. Highly disappointed.

Excellent service overall. Saravanan did a great job with both plumbing and electrical work.

Very very worst service I have had ... I called them 3 times for past 2 months. They pick the call and said will send u the concern person. Then no call from them and no response from them. I would not recommend wefixin for service. Better u go with other persons. Don't wait for them

Extremely Disappointing Experience with WeFixyn I recently availed plumbing and handyman services from WeFixyn and had a highly unsatisfactory experience. Unskilled Technician: The person sent was supposedly skilled in both plumbing and electrical work but lacked basic judgment. He replaced functioning tube lights without even checking them properly — a clear waste of money. Incomplete and Shoddy Work: Most tasks were left incomplete or poorly done, requiring rework. Despite charging ₹750 for minor tasks, the quality didn’t reflect even a fraction of that amount. Geyser Mismanagement: They took my geyser for repairs and called the next day claiming it might not work even after the repair. Shockingly, they took over 20 days to return it. False Commitments: They promised to send a mason and carpenter for other pending work but never followed through. This caused unnecessary delays, forcing me to find another vendor last minute and pay again due to urgency. Overall, it was a waste of time, money, and energy. I would strongly caution others to reconsider before choosing WeFixyn for any handyman services. Such poor coordination, misleading promises, and lack of accountability are simply unacceptable.
