Yoroofy

I was travelling and engaged Yoroofy to deep clean an empty apartment. The job they did was pathetic to say the least. When this feedback was given they said they will come and see and fix the problem but neither have they called nor are their people picking the phone. They need to be avoided. Will not recommend to anyone. I am amazed at your response to my review 1) i never expressed satisfaction with your work. I made the full payment as i am not the kind of person to hold back payment. Sad part is your Mr Nimesh said he will come and see the quality of work and get it rectified but did not have the decency to call or come check out the poor quality work for himself. 2)i have paid close to 10 k and the work that i got was akin to one housekeeping guy doing dusting and jhadu/pochha. Nothing more than that. I could have got that done for 500 Rs. With this kind of response and ownership of your work, you guys need to be seriously avoided. Organisations are built through customer satisfaction. Not by fleecing people for 10k Rs. All unsuspecting customers .. please avoid these guys.

Got my empty flat cleaned. 4 people came, 2 were good other 2 were like labour with no clear knowledge. I would definitely not use Yoroofy again. Had a bad experience. Toilets were the only place that needed cleaning well. Poor work. I called the owner who asked to share the pics but then I never heard from him. Not worth the money.

Very professional people. My relative was hospitalized I booked house deep cleaning and sanitization on behalf of them after paying the half amount. Unfortunately I had to cancel the services and requested for refund. Thanks yoroofy for refund my full amount. Once our relative will discharge from hospital then definitely we will avail your cleaning services.

I Hired Yoroofy for complete deep cleaning services of my 3BHK House. They worked professionally and given extra ordinary output. They have used best technology machines for cleaning. I am very much satisfied with the service. Thanks

They have provided excellent services. They reached on scheduled time took more than 7 hour for deep cleaning and sanitization of my 3bhk House. Everything has been cleaned properly like kitchen, washroom. Thanks a lot to Mr Nimesh for sending best and experienced team in my house for Deep Cleaning & Disinfection service.

My experience with Yoroofy was utterly disappointing. They came and left 3 untrained workers at my home for deep cleaning. The supervisor left right after leaving them. After 10 calls to different people a supervisor came (Nitesh) but even his attitude was callous. The final level of quality could have been achieved if we paid an extra 1000 rupees to any of our maids and got the house deep cleaned. They had to supervised personally for the whole day. Needed to take a day off due to the utter unprofessionalism. One of the workers was working for the first time. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have heard much much better reviews about other cleaning services like: UrbanCompany.

I am very much happy with the quality of service provided by yoroofy. They were extremely professional in their approach when they were explaining packages. Yoroofy Team has reached on time and started work . Ajijur is a very professional boy. He had deep knowledge about cleaning chemicals.his work is really appreciable sincerely and honestly...
