Worst and fraudulent service ever! We have Rented their AC for 6 months and it was a nightmare. First, they delivered it after 2–3 weeks delay even after full payment. The AC was defective and had to be repaired multiple times. Now the rental period is over, AC is already returned, but even after more than a month I haven’t received my advance refund. They don’t answer calls, and on WhatsApp they just keep lying like in 2–3 daysthey will return every time and dragging it. Their website is also down due to non-payment to developers. Totally unprofessional, feels like a scam.

Extremely disappointing experience with this AC rental service. The owner was all smiles while taking payments but completely unresponsive when it came to service issues—he ignored calls or cut them off. At the end, he unfairly deducted a big chunk from my security deposit during AC removal and refused to return it despite multiple follow-ups. Highly unprofessional—would not recommend.

Doesn't reply nor refunds the security deposit money. Its been over 2 months . Very unprofessional behavior keeps lying to customer. Update : been over a month since promised there is still no sign of refund processed or any updates Update 2 : Its been 3 months since the promised refund on august and total of 5 months since ac rental period ended. Still no refund just delays and no sense of responsibility to refund. Pathetic service and looting the customer of their rightful money

Service is really good and quick, I got AC installed in the same day ! I’ve dealt With Mr. Swaroop and he is quite good n polite in terms of suggesting the things and resolving the issues if any. Will recommend others.

Very poor service from zero degree cooling . 1 . Fitted very old ac 2. Not given proper service 3. Remote not working 4. Very poor service 5. Not responding to call If u cant buy ac , dont rent from zero degree . They will only loot your money .

Extremely satisfied with the service. Delivery was prompt under 48 hours, and I was luckily offered a new Air Conditioner. Instalment charges and rent is very affordable. I would certainly recommend Zero Degree Cooling!
