I had sent a courier a few days ago and received no updates or proper communication. I repeatedly tried calling, but most of my calls were ignored, and when I finally got through, the owner’s behaviour was very unprofessional and disrespectful. customers are not treated with basic respect. This kind of attitude and lack of responsibility from the owner is completely unacceptable. I also made a complaint against him and would not recommend this courier service to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with this courier service. My parcel has been stuck in India for over 9 days, and the tracking still shows no movement. They kept lying, saying it would arrive in 2 days, but nothing happened. On top of that, they don’t even respond to calls or messages. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and very poor customer service. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
