Happened to read the news about RTO ENFORCEMENT SQUAD'S lightning checks in zebra crossings. Feeling shame on the authorities about the same. Request the government to send these officials to atleast UAE to acquired knowledge about zebra crossings and how they implement it. 1. Here in Kannur the zebra crossings are marked on busy traffic circles. As per the enforcement rules here should the vehicles circling on the circle after the green signal stop when pedestrians are waiting? This will lead to total chaos. 2. Request the MVD to make visible the markings first and signal lights at crossings. The above are just 2 points only of many. ഇത് ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാതെ വെറുതെ പകുതി നിയമം നടപ്പാക്കാന്‍ പാടില്ല. Foot paths are wholly or partially occupied by vendors. No action taken. Eg Plaza Jn. Please look into this.

Temp Registration expired in 60 days its major problem to collecting the fancy . Rto It will Fined you 4000 -6000 rupees depends on the days . After Fine the RC not been Download. Too Delay service .

Phone number is mentioned in Google address...but no usage..no one there to take the phone calls...I have been trying to contact them for the last 2 days with continuous phone calls... It's ringing but no answer...very very bad

Went there to collect the IDP after approval and verification process. Was able to receive the IDP seamlessly, Even though the site claim you don't need to submit any documents offline,You'll have to give Aadhar copy and a letter requesting to get the IDP. Only drawback is they never answer the calls.

Very bad service, not receiving calls at all. Very much disappointed with the service. Only one landline number given, always its busy. I am trying to call from Bangalore.

This RTO is located near to the petrol pump. A very old building but the office is neatly maintained. The staffs were quick at attending people. There is a photostat shop exactly opposite to the entrance of this building which is useful for the people. Computer based learners test is usually conducted in this building. Employment exchange office is also inside this premise opposite to the blue building.
