Alleppey Parcel Service - KANNUR

The employees of this company treated me very badly. I have dealt with several courier services in the past and all the others have treated me well. I have requested the services of this company many times and have received a very poor response

Very un satisfied, bad service to costomers. I think the building of service without a toilet. If they were lieing i feel pitty for employees in their behaviour to costomers. They charges extra money without receipt,other than other expenses,i dont know whether management know that.

One of the worst they don't even know where the item is placed.if there is zero star then will give it .

Very dishonest service. My friend sent a parcel weighing about 2 kgs, paying more than 200 Rupees and when I went to collect it, I had to again pay 30 Rupees as office charges and was asked to collect it from a warehouse away from the office and then again 10 Rupees as the Warehouse charges too. Please avoid this Company.

Despite paying the parcel service company for our shipment and being willing to pick up our three parcels from the warehouse ourselves due to their light weight of only 5kg, we were required to pay the warehouse keeper for loading the parcels into our vehicle. The warehouse keeper seemed to believe that this was his rights..... like this so many rights are here...aren't they ?

Very poor. Cant give an accurate update who sitting in the office. As i tracked via APS tracking online it shown material reached 'Kumbla' by 1st Feb 21. But the persons who sitting says still it not reached Kumbla by 29th Jan it dispatced to Kumbla

Very very poor service, never maintain timely service, lot of excuses including vehicles breakdown. Don't prefer
