My experience has not been good. Found them to be highly unprofessional. No follow up on timely services. The only time they do their job on time is in case of a google review. The moment amc is taken the services are not on time.

I had a fantastic experience with Star One for pest control at my home. From start to finish, the team was highly professional, punctual, and thorough. They took the time to inspect every corner of the house, explained the treatment process clearly, and used safe yet effective solutions. Poor unprofessional communication. No follow up from their end. No accountability for miscommunication! Instead, the responsibility is unfairly shifted onto the customer. Under my prepaid yearly contract, I was promised three service visits. However, only two complaints were raised, and one of those complaint visits was arbitrarily counted as a regular service. This was done without my consent or prior communication, and now a valid service is being denied based on an internal timeline rule that was never disclosed upfront. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that a contract starting on June 15, 2024, is considered to end in May 2025—effectively providing only 11 months of service under the pretext of a full year. This is misleading, disappointing and unacceptable.

Excellent service. The technician named Hitesh gave very nice service and also had a good communication and work quality

Worst service. Not responding on calls as well as on whats up. Not following the appointment time. Last Sunday also they cancelled giving reason many employees were on leave. But not inform proactively. Service is scheduled for Today at 9:30am, still no one here. No one pick up the phone. Please call. Else today also going to waste like last sunday. Pls call.
