Daikin Service Center

Terrible service and excessive charges (they deserve -5 stars) My first service with this company was in May 2025, costing ₹3,400 for PCB. Less than a month later (June 08, 2025), I was charged ₹3,800 for cleaning and gas refill. It seems their business model is to extract at least ₹3,000 every month from customers! If you continue with them, you’ll end up paying for a new AC every year. There’s no transparency or tracking of what work they actually perform. The customer support executive had no clue about the process and was unable to improve things even after I made suggestions. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you want reliable and honest AC service.

Had a very bad experience with Daikin. The customer service is extremely poor and the staff are rude. After raising a service request, I had to wait and follow up continuously for 3 to 4 days just to get a proper response. It felt like I had to beg for their service. Definitely not something I would recommend. Extremely dissatisfied.

With this kind of poor and arrogant customer service, Daikin won’t last long in the Indian market. I bought a Daikin AC from Croma in Chrompet and faced a gas leakage issue soon after. I contacted the Daikin service center near Pallavaram for 4–5 days straight, but they were unresponsive and careless. When I finally got through, the staff were extremely rude and arrogant, with no sense of responsibility or urgency. The telecaster executive doesnt really know how to handle customers. (I dont even know how they got the job)They kept delaying without giving any clear updates. Very poor service and a frustrating experience. I definitely won’t recommend this center to anyone. Daikin seriously needs to improve their customer support.

I called for service for my Daikin AC based on the review given by the customers. One of the worst service they have made, also they spoiled my indoor cooling coil. Very unprofessional technicians. Please don’t prefer them. After their service I changed my complete indoor coil from Daikin. I spent 7000 rs and till now they are not refunded back. They didn’t even respond properly in call. They cutted my call even before completed the query. What kind of service they’re providing.

Hi everyone make note on this,, this is not proper Daikin service centre please be aware of this they will cheat like they changed capacitor but they didn't and they will charged 900 and service charge 700 and problem is not solved then we called proper dakin service centre and they came and solved issue and they followed all poper progress like sending OTP and getting feedback abt service , they charged only 590 so please aware of this don't get cheated.....

Very worst response from Cayman Enterprises Pallavaram. Daikin will close their India business soon with such kind of service center. Not even want to listen the problem. Worst service center I have ever approached. Don't know local language and not able to understand the problem. Dropped the call while speaking. Not sure why these people are in service business.
