Totally poor service. Please avoid engaging their service as they are not not knowledgeable with servicing of Airconditioners. I purchased an Indoor Unit of Hitachi Ryoku yesterday. The unit was supplied to me without any bill or warranty card. They came for installation of the indoor unit by 5.00 pm yesterday. Around 6.30 pm he left my house stating that he would bring some tools for the installation. However he did not turn up for installation till 10.30 am today. I tried to contact him ovrr phone from 8.00 pm yesterday till 10.30 am today. I made aboy 26 calls tom but he did not even bother to pick up my call. Worst nor respond my call. He is so irresponsible.
