Please never take service from them. Worst service ever. Very bad attitude towards customer. They don't pickup calls, they won't send technician on time mostly. They are very unprofessional and careless. To be honest they don't deserve any rating. They are not even qualified for minus rating. "They left my installation midway after sending technician after 4 days and the technician bought wrong wires, so I asked to not use that wire. Then he left the installation midway and one guy from this centre called me and forced me to use the wrong wire but I refused. After that they denied to complete the installation." I'm stuck with my ac half installated because of them. The brands associated with them should consider changing things. My ac brand is Daikin. Please beware anyone buying any brand ac that they provide service in the area.

The serive centre does not deserve even a single star, I m pissed off from the day i bought voltas ac, first they called on the 3rd day and said since it's Sunday the work can't be done today, we will install the ac on Monday, but when I contacted them on Monday morning, the guy said technician had left for your place but no sign of reaching my place Rajgarh which takes hardly 45 minutes from Dibrugarh. Since they did not reached I called them up to know the situation but they do not response either makes thier phone busy or just ignore the call. Since there were no other option I escalated the situation to voltas support and they immediately responded within an hour and gave me the details of Mr.Ghosh, Regional Manager,Ghy. I talked to him and let him know my problem, so he called up the this service centre and conferenced my call with them. Do you know what exactly the guy from service centre said, Sir the technicians are on their way to you place, another half hour they will reach your place. So Mr.Ghosh too heard that, yet after 2 hours at around 7.00 PM, I called Mr.Ghosh again to confirm whether the technician are really coming or not, so he rang up again, this time a lady picked up the call and she said I don't know which technician have gone but I will arrange for a new technician. On hearing that I asked the lady to give me the techs number but she couldn't give, at last i took her number as she promised to give the techs number. Night passed by came the 5th day[17.06.2025], I called up the centre number but no response......This is the service record of AC Comfort Service Centre, Dibrugarh.

How are people supposed to contact your centre to ask for a service if the contact number provided here is of no use. It is either busy or no answer. Keep the updated contact information in Google for better reach.
